Readers have the option to read issues on wider view or full screen

Currently, the viewing width of the Collection View is relatively narrow on the desktop. This limits the full view of the media in the article/collection, such as high-quality images.
Readers should have the option to expand the width or make it full-screen on a desktop. And
ideally, the publisher should have the control:
- to select the default width
- to toggle the switch allow/don't allow readers to expand the viewing width.
