In the main header, nn the far left, can you lock the word "Table of Contents" so it always appears with the TOC icon and dropdown menu? We find readers need that label to easily find and navigate pages but it disappears and gets replaced with our logo and app name after a few seconds.

We have also found that readers click on "Articles" instead thinking its the TOC.
