Option to add multiple large banners

Currently we can add main banner at top of magazine app page, and a "secondary" banner at bottom. I am wondering if it's possible to allow us to add multiple banners stacked on top of each other at the bottom? I now use the top banner to highlight the latest issue (cover art/images) and will replace it with the next issue's info in new banner when next issue published. However, since I am still "selling" first issue, want to take that banner and place it at bottom so it's still sells that issue; will appear right before an "evergreen" graphic banner describing what inspires content.
