In-article ad zones

The ability to put ad zones into articles (instead of linked images) which can be either linked to an ad manager/server via or an in house ad manager. The zone would need to scale correctly. Currently external ad managers can export an iframe, but TL2 doesn't scale iframes correctly. Having scalable iframes would cover this feature request.
